European Union

For orders within the European Union, our prices include the locally applicable sales tax/value-added tax (VAT). Thanks to the single market, no additional taxes, fees, or duties apply beyond shipping costs.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland, our prices include the locally levied import sales tax.

Like the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland have signed free trade agreements with Mongolia, under which no customs duties or levies apply to most wool products of Mongolian origin. All of our products are 100% manufactured in Mongolia under fair labor and production conditions.

Therefore, orders shipped to these countries should not incur any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees. However, due to the complexity of the various customs regimes, we cannot guarantee this 100%. Should unexpected local fees arise upon import, you will be responsible for paying them directly to your local authorities. We appreciate your understanding.

Rest of the World

Our prices do not include sales tax. Customs duties, taxes, fees, and other charges generally apply, which you must pay directly to the local authorities upon import.
