PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are available in our store:

• Credit Card (AMEX, Mastercard, Visa)
• Prepayment (Bank Transfer, only valid for orders within the EU in EUR)
• Purchase on Account (only for businesses, government agencies, and associations)
• Cash Payment by Mail (only valid for orders within the EU in EUR)*

* Our customer base includes particularly vulnerable personnel from special forces and intelligence agencies. For this customer group, we offer cash payment. When shipping to a package station, this allows for completely anonymous transaction processing. Send us the appropriate order amount, specifying the order number, to the address listed in our Imprint address. Please note, however, that we cannot accept liability for any loss of the money (risk of loss according to DHL: < 0.01%). We therefore recommend payment by credit card, which also does not require any payment information to be transmitted to us.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We generally ship in-stock items on the business day following receipt of payment; for credit card payments, shipping takes place on the next business day. Within Germany, we ship via DHL. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you by email and will be happy to work with you to find a solution.

Für die meisten unserer Produkte belaufen sich die Versandkosten im Inland per DHL auf €7.69. Bei einem Versand in andere EU-Staaten liegen die Kosten für den Versand zum Teil höher. Die genauen Versandkosten werden Dir im Bestellvorgang angezeigt.

We ship to all Bundeswehr and police locations within Germany via DHL. We also ship to all recognized Bundeswehr operation areas and missions abroad via field post. Please note that shipping may be delayed—unfortunately, we have no control over the speed of field post once the package has been handed over to the Bundeswehr.

It is possible to have your order delivered to a Packstation. To do so, please enter the Packstation address as an alternate shipping address during the checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also ship internationally to countries outside the European Union. However, our logistics system is still under development. Please contact our customer service, to arrange an international shipment outside our designated shipping areas. Together, we’ll find a way to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely, no matter where in the world you call home.
